Dundalk midfielder Sam Stanton has left the club after singing a two-and-a-half-year deal with Scottish Championship club Raith Rovers.
The former Scottish U-21 international joined the Lilywhites in January USL Championship side Phoenix Rising and was a regular starter throughout a difficult season for the League of Ireland club.
The midfielder scored one goal in 40 appearances for the club, and featured in all six European ties.
The 27-year-old came through the Hibs academy and made his debut for the club during Pat Fenlon's time in charge of the club.
Stanton joins a Raith side currently second in the Scottish Championship, one point adrift of Inverness.
