Northern Ireland international Billie Simpson has been nominated for the Puskas Award.
Her shortlisting for world goal of the year comes after Republic of Ireland striker Stephanie Roche was nominated in 2014.
Simpson's stunning long range volley came while playing for Cliftonville Ladies against Sion Swifts in the Northern Ireland Premiership last August.
Simpson is up against the likes of Lionel Messi, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Andros Townsend for the prestigious award, with the winner being announced at the Fifa Football Awards in Milan on 23 September (Live on RTÉ).
The 10 goals can be voted for online before an expert panel adjudicates on the top three.
Congratulations to @CVilleLadiesFC's Billie Simpson who has been nominated for the prestigious Puskas Award.
