Slovakia remain three points clear of Spain and Ukraine in Euro 2016 qualifying Group C after extending their 100% record with a 2-0 victory in Macedonia.
Jan Kozak's men made it four wins out of four in the pool as first-half strikes from Juraj Kucka and Adam Nemec steered them to another three points.
Second-placed Spain, meanwhile, recorded a 3-0 home triumph over Belarus.
Isco and Sergio Busquets quickly put the hosts firmly in control of the contest with goals in the 18th and 19th minutes and Pedro then added his name to the score sheet 10 minutes into the second half.
Third-placed Ukraine won 3-0 at rock-bottom Luxembourg earlier on Saturday thanks to a hat-trick from Andriy Yarmolenko.
In Group E, England's lead at the top of the pool has extended to six points.
England came from behind to defeat Slovenia 3-1 at Wembley and keep their own spotless record going, with the response to a Jordan Henderson own-goal being a Wayne Rooney penalty - on what was his 100th England appearance - followed by a brace from Danny Welbeck.
Behind Roy Hodgson's side, there are three teams level on six points in the group - Slovenia, Switzerland and Lithuania.
The latter pair played each other in St Gallen, with the Swiss running out 4-0 winners. Giedrius Arlauskis scored an own-goal before Fabian Schar and a Xherdan Shaqiri double wrapped up the victory.
The day's other game in Group E saw the two sides at the bottom of the pool, San Marino and Estonia, play out a 0-0 draw in Serravalle, handing the hosts and basement boys their first ever point in European qualifying.
Elsewhere, Austria's fine start in Group G continued as they beat Russia 1-0 at home, Rubin Okotie making the difference with a strike just over 15 minutes from time.
Marcel Koller's team, now on 10 points, are four clear at the top of the pool with Sweden having become their closest challengers, replacing Russia in second after drawing 1-1 in Montenegro.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic's early effort had looked set to be enough to give the Swedes the win, but Stevan Jovetic equalised from the penalty spot with around 10 minutes to go.
Meanwhile, Liechtenstein are off the bottom at the expense of Moldova, who they beat 1-0 in Chisinau courtesy of a Franz Burgmeier free-kick.
