The meeting of Bohemians and Drogheda United is the pick of the opening night's games in the top flight.
Derry are at home to Bray, Galway United host Sligo Rovers, UCD play Shamrock Rovers with Waterford United scheduled to play Cork City on the opening night.
The meeting of Longford Town and St Patrick's Athletic is to be played on 10 March.
Shelbourne will get their First Division campaign underway against Kildare County.
Runners-up of the old First Division Dundalk play Finn Harps in their opening game.
Wexford Youths first ever game in the eircom League will be away to Monaghan United, while Limerick 37 get their campaign underway against Cobh Ramblers.
In the other game in the opening series of the First Division, Athlone Town will host Kilkenny City.
