The High Court has fixed July 28 to deal with a report drawn up by the examiner to Branvard Ltd, the company which trades as Shamrock Rovers Football Club.
The examiner, Neil Hughes, was appointed by the High Court last April to draw up a scheme of arrangement for the survival of the company.
After being presented with the report yesterday, Mr Justice Frank Clarke extended the period of protection of the court to Branvard pending the court's consideration of the package.
