Cameroon international Joseph Ndo is expected to leave St Patrick's Athletic and join cross-town rivals Shelbourne. The deal is expected to go through when the transfer window opens on August 1.
The Inchicore team have had financial problems recently and boss John McDonnell stated this week that all players are available if suitable offers are made.
Also on his way out of Richmond Park is Tony Bird. The Welshman had a very public financial dispute with the club and has not figured for the side since that was resolved. He has been linked with a move to Drogheda United.
