Shelbourne have been crowned Eircom League champions after the announcement by the Eircom League that St Pat's are to be docked 15 points for a registration irregularity. The decision means Shels now have an unassailable lead at the top of the Premier division.
Eircom League officials met last night to discuss the issue of St Pat's playing Charles Mbabazi Livingstone without proper registration for five games at the beginning of the season.
