Shelbourne won their first League and Cup double tonight when they beat Bohemians 1-0 in the FAI Cup final replay at Dalymount Park. The hero of the night was Pat Fenlon, who slotted home James Keddy's left-field cross from 8 yards after 39 minutes. Prior to that Bohs had the better of their Dublin rivals, but goal scoring chances from O'Connor and Kelly were thwarted by Shels keeper Steve Williams, who was man-of-the-match in Sunday's game. The second-half was evenly matched and Bohs never really threatened the Shels goal. Tonight's victory was Shelbourne's seventh FAI Cup final win.
