VIDEO: Ultan Dillane on Six Nations breakthrough

After coming off the back of two Six Nations titles, Ireland endured a disappointing campaign that ended in a third-place finish.

It wasn’t all doom and gloom, however, and the emergence of young forwards such as Ultan Dillane and Josh van der Flier point to a bright future.

In an interview with RTÉ’s Against the Head, 22-year-old Connacht lock Dillane revealed how he got involved in the sport after being bribed by his mother as a child, and how he reacted to making the step up to international rugby.
