Ireland head coach Andy Farrell says Johnny Sexton and James Ryan will be assessed over the next few days after both were injured in the Guinness Six Nations defeat to Wales.
Second row Ryan left the field after 24 minutes to be replaced by Iain Henderson, while out-half Sexton was removed from play with 11 minutes left.
"We'll assess Johnny and James, they both came off with head knocks so we'll assess how they go in the coming days," Farrell told Virgin Media.
Speaking to reporters afterwards, Sexton said: "I'm okay now, obviously got a bang on the head but I feel okay now, bit of a bump on the side of the temple. I should be okay, hopefully.
"I’ll do all the, I’m well used to it at this stage, the return to play protocols, and hopefully I’ll be okay for training next week.
"I haven’t done [a HIA] yet. I’ll do one later and I’ll do one tomorrow."
Centre Robbie Henshaw was also removed for a pitch-side test but returned to see out the game, which Ireland lost 21-16.
Asked about any other injuries, Farrell added: "It was a casualty ward at one stage, people going down with cramp etc. people having all sorts of different knocks.
"It was such an effort from all the individuals that are involved. There were knocks all over the place. The bench was emptied pretty early, people had to dig in deep... but there's not too much more to be concerned about for next week."
France are the visitors to Dublin next Sunday.
