Both Leinster and Connacht have made wholesale changes in personnel ahead of Saturday’s Guinness Pro14 clash at the RDS (kick-off 7.45pm).
Only Adam Byrne and Rory O’Loughlin in the backs, along with flanker Dan Leavy, retain their places from the side that thrashed Bath 42-15, with Leo Cullen taking the opportunity to further test the depth of his squad.
Hugo Keenan starts at full-back for his third starts of the campaign, with the aforementioned Byrne and Dave Kearney occupying the wing berths.
O’Loughlin, man of the match in Europe last week, moves from 12 to 13, with Conor O’Brien his midfield partner.
Jamison Gibson-Park and Ross Byrne is the half-back pairing.
Bryan Byrne gets his first start of the campaign at hooker, joined in the front row by Peter Dooley and Michael Bent, with Mick Kearney and Scott Fardy in the second row.
The backrow is made up of captain Rhys Ruddock, Dan Leavy and number 8 Caelin Doris.
