Connacht will be without winger Niyi Adeolokun for up to three weeks after he sustained a knee injury during last Sunday’s Pro12 win over Treviso.

The 24-year-old suffered a grade one medial ligament sprain during the 53-5 bonus-point win at the Sportsground.

Tight-head prop Nathan White is struggling with ongoing calf trouble, which caused him to withdraw late from the last two games and leaves him unavailable again this week.

Better news sees number 8 Eoghan Masterson recovering well from a bruised shoulder and expected to be fit for selection for the Cardiff match in the Pro12 on Friday. After also taking a knock to the head, he was required to undergo the standard HIA tests this week, which he passed.

Mils Muliaina and Darragh Leader are fit for selection and back in full training.

Kieran Marmion (shoulder), Bundee Aki (ankle), Eoin McKeon (sternum), and Willie Faloon (shoulder) continue their rehab and it is hoped that all four will be available for the next fixture against Munster on 28 March.
