The appeals by the trainer and owner of Falbrav against the stewards decision not to reverse the placings in the Leopardstown Champion Stakes will be heard in October.
The Turf Club Rooms at the Curragh will host the appeal, from where the Appeals and Referrals will deliberate over the the conclusion of the Group One event on September 6.
Connections of second-placed Falbrav lodged their objection on September 8, following High Chaparral's victory in the race.
