Cumani ponders future plans for Falbrav

Luca Cumani is mulling over future engagements for Falbrav. The horse had a workout on the gallops at Newmarket this morning following his second place in the Champion Stakes at Leopardstown.

The Emirates Airlines Champion Stakes at Newmarket on October 18 or the Breeders' Cup Turf at Santa Anita a week later are the options for Falbrav.

Cumani has lodged an appeal on behalf of the colt's owners against the stewards' decision not to award Falbrav Saturday's Group 1 race after he had gone down by a neck to Aidan O'Brien's dual Derby winner High Chaparral.
