Sauber will remain with Japanese tyre supplier Bridgstone for two more years, the Swiss Formula One team said on Friday. "This is an important step for Sauber to ensure technical continuity and the competitiveness of the team," said team principal Peter Sauber in a statement.
Sauber use engines provided by Ferrari, the world champions who have a long-term deal with Bridgestone.
