FIXTURES
Wexford v Galway - All-Ireland Senior Camogie semi-final
After a disappointing exit at the semi-final stage a year ago, Galway are looking for redemption. Sarah Dervan, twice an intermediate All-Ireland winner in 2009, has stepped into the captaincy role after the retirements of several senior players. One of the best centre-backs in the country, she earned an All Star when Galway won the O'Duffy Cup in 2013.
To repeat that feat, they'll need to be close to their best against a Wexford side led by Irish Defence Forces member Shelley Kehoe, recently returned from a tour of duty in Lebanon. With a new manager in Colm McGee and several key players out injured, Wexford had been written off by some. But the squad has momentum and confidence heading into this clash.
In a new departure, this match is live on RTÉ Player.
Verdict: Galway

Kilkenny v Galway - Electric Ireland All-Ireland MHC semi-final replay
The general consensus was that Galway and Kilkenny deserved another day out after extra-time failed to separate them in their semi-final at GAA HQ last Sunday.
Free-taker Andy Gaffney fired over an 82 minute leveler that ensured parity for the Cats. Early in the added-time period, the Black and Amber had lead by six points, but a goal from Galway’s Cian Salmon spearheaded a revival that saw the Tribesmen edge ahead before Gaffney’s last-gasp intervention.
The game finished Galway 2-20 Kilkenny 0-26 and who’s to say we won’t have another high-scoring epic on Sunday.
Verdict: Kilkenny
Tipperary v Dublin - Electric Ireland All-Ireland MHC semi-final replay
Tipperary came with a late surge to deny Limerick a Munster minor three-timer on 12 July. Lyndon Fairbrother was the scorer-in-chief for the Premier , who now head to Croker for a date with Dublin in the second of the their Electric Ireland All-Ireland MHC semi-finals
The Dubs were always in control against Antrim in their quarter-final, with Matthew OIiver firing over 0-11 in their 2-22 to 2-11 victory.
As is often the case, it’s tough to call with minors sometimes. However, it’s five-weeks since Tipp last played and it will be interesting to see how they start the game.
Verdict: Tipperary
Tipperary v Galway - All-Ireland SHC semi-final
Eamon O’Shea’s Tipp came so close to winning the Liam MacCarthy in 2014 and you get the sense that they are on a mission this year. Their summer began with an impressive win over Limerick in the Munster semi-final. And while not as eye-catching, the provincial crown was won after the 0-21 to 0-16 defeat of Waterford.
Classic Tipperary v Galway encounters
Galway head to the capital in good spirits after a convincing 12-point victory over Cork in the All-Ireland quarter-final. Earlier in the campaign, the westerners’ drubbing of Dublin in the Leinster campaign was even more emphatic. And while Anthony Cunningham’s failed to land the Bob O’Keeffe Cup, there seems to be a better vibe around the camp this year.
Both sides here are not short of attacking intent and have the right mix of youth and experience. How ther respective back lines fare will have a huge bearing on the outcome. Galway hit 2-28 hit the Rebels, but also fired 23 wides. I'm sure the Tribsemen have worked on their accuracy since.
Verdict: Tipperary
Kilkenny v Cork - All-Ireland Senior Camogie semi-final
Two closely matched sides with meet in a repeat of last year's final. Anna Geary led the Rebels to victory in 2014, blitzing the Cats with a bravura second half display. Kilkenny also contested the previous year's final, losing to Galway on that occasion.
Last year's meeting was a cagey, tactical affair but the hope is that this might develop into a more free-flowing contest. Both sides come into this contest in good form but despite the likes of Geary no longer being in the mix, Cork's class an experience may just shade it for them again.
Verdict: Cork
