Dual player Conor Fitzgerald will make his first appearance of the season for the Limerick hurlers when he lines out at half-forward for Sunday's clash with Clare in the semi-final of the Waterford Crystal Cup at the Gaelic Grounds.
Manager Joe McKenna has handed a senior debut to Owen Benson at half-back while Pat Kirby returns at right full-forward.
Brian Murray will play in goal.
