Mayo comfortably qualified for the semi-finals of the Nicky Rackard Cup following a 3-32 to 2-10 victory over Monaghan in Clontibret.

Mayo's Jason Coyne and Monaghan’s Aidan Burns exchanged goals at the end of the first half with the Connacht side leading 1-13 to 1-4 at the interval. Derek Walsh’s side continued to streak clear in the second half to secure a 25-point win.

Armagh are also safely through after an emphatic 1-21 to 0-12 win over Leitrim at the Athletic Grounds, Shaun Toal with the only goal of the game.

Donegal, champions in 2018, were pushed all the way by Longford before securing a 2-13 to 1-14 win in Letterkenny. Richie Ryan grabbed the home side’s first goal moments after having one disallowed with Ronan McDermott adding a second. Joe O’Brien did grab a goal for Longford late on, but they ran out of time.

In the Lory Meagher Cup, Fermanagh earned a good 3-10 to 1-15 win over Louth at Darver. The Erne county trailed by three points heading into injury time but hit a late 1-1 salvo to claim the win.
