Bernard Brogan is expected to be recalled to the 26-man Dublin matchday squad for Saturday's All-Ireland final replay against Kerry.

The six-time All-Ireland winner and 2010 Footballer of the Year was omitted from the squad for the drawn game just under a fortnight ago.

But RTÉ Sport understands that the 35-year old attacker will return to the fold for Saturday's replay.

Brogan has had minimal involvement since suffering a cruciate ligament injury at the beginning of 2018 and his only championship appearances since then have come in dead-rubber Super 8s ties against Roscommon and Tyrone in 2018 and 2019 respectively.

But manager Jim Gavin appears to have decided to leave Brogan as an option as Dublin seek to complete the five-in-a-row on Saturday evening.
