RTÉ understands Mayo are training for a match in Croke Park until they are told otherwise, but are prepared to face Kildare at whatever venue is chosen for Saturday's qualifier.
The Westerners will be without Seamus O'Shea, who underwent surgery Monday after being forced off in the first half of the qualifier win over Tipperary with a suspected dislocated shoulder.
Reports the Breaffy man could be out for up to 10 weeks have yet to be confirmed.
