RTÉ's Up For The Match is calling YOU!

We want GAA fans around the world to unite to support your county by recording your own personal video message, no matter where in the world you are.

We want you to record a video message no more the 20 seconds long telling us why you are ‘Up For The Match…’ - then upload it onto your own Youtube account.

Up For The Match (hurling final) will be live on RTÉ One and RTÉ.ie on Saturday, 3 September at 9.30pm.

Up For The Match (football final) will be live on RTÉ One and RTÉ.ie on Saturday, 17 September at 9.30pm.

By sending us your link you have agreed to all the terms and conditions listed below (please read before sending).

So whether you're in Sydney or Santiago, Helsinki or Harare, we want to hear your message for your native county!

Remember, just send your link to us at upforthematch@rte.ie and your video may be chosen to be broadcast as part of Up For The Match 2011.

Terms and Conditions:

1. By submitting a video (not longer than 30 seconds and not accompanied by a backing track or any other recorded music) to RTÉ’s Up For The Match programmes via email to upforthematch@rte.ie, RTÉ’s YouTube channel or www.rte.ie, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and you agree to be legally bound by them.

2. You agree to grant RTÉ a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide, sub-licenseable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, make available to the public, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights worldwide with respect to the material submitted by you (or any part thereof or any idea, character or storyline contained therein including without limitation any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) (the “Material”) and/or to incorporate the Material in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in that Material and you hereby waive any moral rights you may have in respect of the use of the material by RTÉ in accordance with this clause.

3. You undertake in respect of the material submitted by you that the material is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available to RTÉ for use in accordance with clause 2 above and that the material will not be unlawful, profane, obscene or otherwise objectionable nor involve unlawful, dangerous or hazardous activities nor violate, plagiarize, or infringe any rights of third parties including copyright, performer rights, trade mark, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, personal or proprietary rights. You also undertake that you have obtained consent from any persons appearing in the material for use of the material in accordance with clause 2 above and will provide RTÉ with such written release forms and any other written clearances relating to the material as RTE may request.

4. You undertake that you are entitled to agree to these terms and conditions and to grant the rights granted to RTÉ under these terms and conditions. If you are under the age of 18 you must obtain permission from your parent/guardian before you submit material and grant the rights granted to RTÉ under these terms and conditions and will provide RTÉ with such proof of parental/guardian consent as RTÉ may request.

5. All material must be submitted in a format announced in the Programme and described on the RTÉ’s YouTube channel and www.rte.ie webpage.

6. You agree that RTÉ may refer to you and use your name, or YouTube name, (if applicable), likeness, photograph and biographical information in all media in connection with any material submitted by you and in connection with the Programme and that you will take part in such related promotional activities as RTÉ may request. You agree and acknowledge that, if you submit material via YouTube, RTÉ may obtain your name and username from your YouTube channel (as applicable) and you will confirm these details to RTE upon request. 7. RTÉ has the right to accept or reject your video. Nothing in these terms and conditions requires RTÉ to broadcast your video.

8. You undertake to indemnify RTÉ against all claims, actions, damages, costs and legal fees that may be incurred as a result of any breach of your undertakings under these terms and conditions.

9. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
