The Leinster Council will meet tonight in Portlaoise to discuss the confusion regarding the amount of substitutions Offaly made in yesterday's Leinster Championship win over Kildare.
Both counties have been invited to attend the meeting and make their comments known on the issue.
The row centres over Offaly full forward Pascal Kellaghan who was forced off in the first half and replaced by James Coughlan in a blood substitution.
However, when Kellaghan came back on for the second half, he took the place of Trevor Phelan and not Coughlan.
