O'Keeffe names preliminary panel

Irish International Rules manager John O'Keeffe has announced a preliminary panel for the upcoming series in Australia in October. A total of 67 players have been called up and they will eventually be whittled down to a squad of 26 plus Tadgh Kennelly who plays with Sydney Swans in Australia.

Meath's Graham Geraghty is a notable absentee, while Kerry's Seamus Moynihan will be captain for the second time in a row. The first test will be in Perth on Friday, October 24 while the second test will take place at the MCG in Melbourne a week later, October 31.
