Lisa Ashton has become the first female player to win a Professional Darts Corporation tour card.
The Women's world number one qualified from the PDC's Q School Order of Merit in Wigan on Sunday afternoon.
Ashton, who missed out in Q School last year by a single point, is a four-time winner of the BDO world title and played as a women's qualifier in the PDC's 2019 World Championship.
The 49-year-old has won a two-year card.
Meath's Keane Barry, the JDC and BDO world youth champion, missed out at the final hurdle.
Fallon Sherrock, who made a spectacular breakthrough by winning two games at the World Championship last month, did not qualify.
