Vicky Phelan, who has been at the helm of the campaign to investigate the Cervical Check scandal following her diagnosis with terminal cancer, joined Ray D’Arcy. She joined Ray together with fellow campaigners Lorraine Walsh and Stephen Teap, husband of Irene Teap, who died not knowing she had been given two incorrect smear test results.
