Last week, American tourist Sandra told Joe Duffy that she had arrived in Ireland with her husband for the trip of a lifetime, months in the planning, only to discover that their booking had been cancelled once they got to their first B&B.
The travel agency they had used to arrange their trip had folded and it looked like their trip was in jeopardy.
