The row between artists and the Abbey Theatre is rumbling on.

Over 300 people have signed a letter complaining about new employment policies and other changes within the National Theatre.

On The Business, Liam Geraghty took a look at the jobs that writers and actors take on to make ends meet.

Donegal Actor Charlie Bonner explained ones of the reasons he sees challenges in the industry.

"I've seen a lot in the past 15-20 years of middle management coming along, and it just worries me because a lot of the money, of the budgets of companies, and buildings is all going towards middle management. The coalface isn't being looked after properly."
