A child was swung into the air during a kite festival in Taiwan before falling to the ground amid a crowd of surprised onlookers.
Local media reports said the three-year-old girl suffered minor cuts.
The incident happened at a kite festival in Hsinchu, about 80km west of the capital Taipei.
A Hsinchu city government official told local media that a rogue wind blew at the site causing the tail of the kite to wrap around the waist of the child.
Festival activities were suspended as safety precaution after the incident.
