US President Donald Trump has valued his golf course in Doonbeg, Co Clare at between $25m-$50m, according to his latest financial disclosure to the US Office of Government Ethics.
The document also notes that Doonbeg generated income of $14.5m from what was described as "golf-related revenue".
That figure is an increase of around $300,000 compared to last year’s filing.
Mr Trump bought the golf course in Co Clare in February 2014 for an estimated €15m.
He is expected to stay at his Doonbeg resort if he travels to Ireland next month but the visit has not yet been confirmed by the White House.
