Arzyta chairman candidate Schmid pulls out of race
A candidate to become chairman at struggling Irish-Swiss frozen baked goods maker Aryzta has pulled out of the race, the company said today, as it mulls a takeover approach from private equity firm Elliott Advisors (UK).
