A 33-year-old man is due to appear before Coleraine Magistrate's Court tomorrow charged with the murder of Wayne Reid in Co Derry.
Mr Reid was found at a house in Society Court area on Monday.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
This evening, another man, 30, has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
He remains in custody with six others - a man aged 41 and five women aged 19, 33, 38, 39 and 45.
A 28-year-old woman, arrested on suspicion of murder, was earlier released on bail pending further police inquiries.
The PSNI said all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
