A man has died after he was struck by a car in east Belfast last night.
Police have appealed for information about the incident involving a Mercedes Vito on the Upper Newtownards Road at around 10.40pm.
A PSNI spokesperson said: "Our officers attended alongside our colleagues from partner emergency services.
"Sadly the pedestrian was pronounced deceased at hospital a short time later."
