A 21-year-old man has been charged with arson with intent to endanger life following a house fire in Dungannon, Co Tyrone on Monday.
The man is due to appear before Strabane Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
A 15-year-old boy who was arrested on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life has been released on bail to allow further enquiries to be carried out.
The fire broke out at a house in the Cunninghams Lane area of Dungannon at around 8.30pm on Monday.
A total of 12 people, including two children and eight PSNI officers, were taken to hospital.
The fire caused extensive damage to the property, which was well alight by the time emergency services arrived.
