A man is due in court charged with dangerous driving causing the death of a father and son in Co Armagh last week.
The 32-year-old faces two counts of causing death by dangerous driving.
The charges are linked to the deaths of 63-year-old Peter Devlin and his 28-year-old son Loughlin at Killylea Road near Armagh on Friday 27 December.
They were part of a family group on a day out when their car was involved in a collision with another vehicle shortly before 1pm.
A woman remains in a critical condition in hospital.
Another woman and a baby who were in the car were also treated for their injuries.
As well as the charge of causing death by dangerous driving, the accused is also charged with causing grievous bodily injury by dangerous driving.
He is due to appear at Newry Magistrates Court.
