A man who sustained serious injuries in a hit-and-run incident in Co Donegal last Sunday has died in hospital.
The pedestrian, in his 60s, was struck by a vehicle around 12.15am on Main Street in Clonmany.
He was taken to Letterkenny University Hospital and was later transferred to Beaumont Hospital in Dublin in a critical condition.
Gardaí have confirmed that the injured man died this evening in hospital.
A post-mortem examination is due to be carried out.
