A man charged with dangerous driving causing the deaths of Co Monaghan teenagers Kiea McCann and Dlava Mohamed has been served with a book of evidence in the case.
60-year-old Anthony McGinn, of Drumloo, Newbliss, Co Monaghan, appeared before Monaghan District Court.
He is also charged with dangerous driving causing serious bodily harm to another person.
Friends Kiea McCann, 17, and 16-year-old Dlava Mohamed were travelling to a debs ball on 31 July 2023 when the incident happened at Legnakelly, near Clones.
The case has been sent forward to Monaghan Circuit Court where Mr McGinn is to appear on 29 May.
