Motorcyclist dies following road crash in Co Donegal

A man has died following a road crash involving three vehicles in Co Donegal this afternoon.

The incident - which involved a tractor, a 4x4 and a motorcycle - happened on the N14 between Dry Arch roundabout and the Port Road roundabout shortly before 5pm.

The motorcyclist, who was in his 40s, was seriously injured after colliding with the other two vehicles.

He was brought to Letterkenny University Hospital in a critical condition, where he later died.

The driver of the 4x4 vehicle was uninjured, while the driver of the tractor was brought to hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
