A number of people are to be fined following the discovery of a shebeen in the Lough Gowna area of Co Cavan.
Gardaí from Arva searched a private premises under warrant last Friday night.
Alcohol, beer kegs and taps, cash, bar stools and other bar equipment were discovered.
No arrests were made, but gardaí say their investigation is continuing and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
A number of people who were in the shebeen at the time will be issued with fixed penalty notices.
