A young girl has died in a farm accident in Co Donegal.
The 11-year-old was killed in an accident involving a tractor on the family farm in the Malin area.
The child was removed from the scene by helicopter to Altnagelvin Hospital, were she was pronounced dead.
Inspectors from the Health and Safety Authority are en route to Donegal to commence an investigation.
Gardaí are also at the scene.
