There has been a fresh appeal for information about the murder of a man in Co Donegal fourteen years ago.
Gardaí say 36-year-old Shaun Duffy returned home after a night out at around 2.30am on 29 January 2005 when he was attacked and fatally injured in his home at Meenacross, Dungloe, Co Donegal.
In a statement this morning gardaí have said they would like to thank all those who have come forward and assisted with the investigation to date.
They say they believe that a number of people have yet to come forward who may now be in a position to assist in bringing those responsible to justice.
