Two men have been charged with the murder of a man who died after he was attacked in Co Down earlier this month.
Ryan Macrae, 32, was assaulted in Church Street in Portaferry in the early hours of Sunday 14 October.
He underwent emergency treatment in hospital but died earlier this week.
The two men, aged 28 and 19, appeared at Newtownards Magistrates Court.
Police opposed bail, but both accused were released and ordered by the judge to wear electronic tags.
