Lucia, who lives in Ballycastle, Co Antrim, required a liver transplant when she was eight, due to an autoimmune hepatitis condition.

Two years later she needed a second transplant. She received her third liver two years ago.

Over 1,000 people appeared on the Honours list, some well-known but most being recognised for work in their communities.
