Parties put forward finance proposals

Week two of the General Election campaign is under way. This week we are looking at the various finance plans being proposed by the parties. On the panel is Brian Lenihan (Fianna Fáil) Minister for Finance, Michael Noonan (Fine Gael) Spokesperson on Finance, Joan Burton (Labour) Spokesperson on Finance, Pearse Doherty (Sinn Fein) Spokesperson on Finance and Anthony Foley Economist from DCU. They will be discussing their individual finance plans, looking at availability of credit from banks and public sector reform.

Anthony Foley will be taking a hard look at what the parties are proposing. Is it realistic? Where will the finances come from and who will be affected?
