Tonight is the last edition of "The Frontline" for this season and what a momentous 10 months it's been in the life of the nation. What should we make of it all? Has the tens of billions poured into the banks, record unemployment and unprecedented cuts in social welfare and public sector pay amounted to tough medicine that's already showing signs of curing the economy? Or has it been a case of making ordinary citizens pay for the recklessness of bankers and developers? Do you believe the recession has ended or is the worst still to come?
Fintan O'Toole will be in our studio along with Leo Varadkar and Fianna Fáil TD Darragh O'Brien along with many other voices with different perspectives on what we've all just been through. If you want to have your say just post a comment below or email us to thefrontline@rte.ie
