"They are anxious to move out of the area," said Mr Geraghty.
He also said the accused had sought to make a credit union application to raise compensation for the victim.
The court heard Ms Nevin has no previous convictions and is adhering to strict bail conditions, which includes signing on seven days a week.
Judge Keenan Johnson said bearing in mind that Ms Nevin had also given up her passport, is signing on seven days a week and is obeying a curfew, he was renewing bail.
