The Health and Safety Authority is investigating a "fatal incident" at a construction site in Ringsend, Dublin.
Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene, at the former Irish Glass Bottle facility.
Development contractors SISK said: "We are aware of an incident on our Glass Bottle site in Dublin.
"We are currently investigating the circumstances and will update once we have further information."
