The Health and Safety authority is investigating a "fatal incident" at the Glass Bottle construction site in Ringsend, Dublin 4.
Gardaí and emergency services are currently attending the scene of the incident, at the former Irish Glass Bottle site.
Development contractors SISK said: "We are aware of an incident on our Glass Bottle site in Dublin. We are currently investigating the circumstances and will update once we have further information."
