A woman has appeared in court charged with driving without insurance, driving without a driving Licence on 26 December last year and failure to produce her licence or insurance documents to gardaí.
Garda Niamh Crowe told Judge David McHugh at Blanchardstown District Court, that Nicole Fallon, of Whitestown Avenue, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, made no reply when charged.
Defence Solicitor Tertius Van Eeden, applying for legal aid, told Judge McHugh his client is not working.
The judge granted legal aid and remanded Ms Fallon on bail to appear at Blanchardstown District Court on 29 July.
