• Latest traffic report nationwide includes road closures, delays

There is a full road closure on the M3 and N3 between Junction 11 Kells and Junction 9 Navan southbound - due to a separate incident on that road.

On the M4/N4 near Enfield there was a collision causing issues but it has now been cleared.

In relation to delays caused by protests:

There are delays on the M50 Southbound: between J10 - J13.

There are still rolling slow protests at some locations - so the M9 is currently blocked northbound at Junction 3 Athy and traffic is being diverted to the old N9 causing long queues around Kilcullen in Kildare.

On the N7 eastbound there is a slow moving convoy at Junction 4 Rathcoole.

There is also a go-slow protest on N81 in West Wicklow between Hollywood into Blessington causing delays into Dublin.

On the M1 - there are tailbacks southbound between Junctions 15 and 16 - so there is heavy traffic around Dundalk.

There is also congestion on the N2 with a slow-moving protest between Ardee and Collon.

In Cork, gardai are monitoring the traffic situation and have said there are currently no issues either at Macroom on the N22 in the west or at Mallow on the M/N20 to the north, two locations marked for rolling protests this morning.

However, tailbacks continue to build on the N28 Cork to Ringaskiddy at the Shannonpark Roundabout turnoff to Shanbally.

    Traffic is moving, but slowly.
