Fianna Fáil's Lorraine Clifford-Lee has been eliminated after a recheck of count five found no material difference in the result.
The count saw Independent Tony Murphy pick up 155 transfers, bringing his total above Lorraine Clifford-Lee by 38 votes.
She became the candidate with the lowest votes and, as a result, has been excluded.
Her 4,885 votes will now be redistributed and, with three candidates vying for the two remaining seats, it will be the final count in Fingal West.
Labour's Robert O'Donoghue is currently in poll position for the second seat, with his vote total just 668 shy of the quota.
Fine Gael's Grace Boland currently has 5,218 votes, while Tony Murphy is on 4,923.
However, with a significant number of votes from Lorraine Clifford-Lee set to be redistributed, the current standing could easily change.
